1. Open-Package Check on Delivery

Customers are allowed to open the package while the courier is present to check the product.
If the item is not suitable, you may return or exchange it immediately on the same day through the courier.

2. 14-Day Refund & Exchange

We offer a 14-day exchange and refund period starting from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original condition (tags and packaging included)
- Unworn
- Unwashed

3. Return & Exchange Costs

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
